More Views from Grand Teton National Park

National parks have been called America's best idea—places of beauty and history, protected for everyone to enjoy.  Now that's something to be thankful for.  Happy Thanksgiving!

A still pond reflects the majestic mountains.

An old stump frames Teton's snow-capped peaks.

The Old Patriarch tree stands alone in a sagebrush meadow.

Early morning mountain close-up.

Spectacular! I love seeing these additional views.

I totally agree that the national parks are something to be thankful for - along with the natural beauty they protect.

Wishing you and Tim a happy Thanksgiving and many happy adventures to come!!

Whoa! What a feast for the eyes! I feel no guilt for overindulgent gawking at your photos that are stuffed full of beauty! Thank you for sharing!

Best wishes to you and Tim for some terrific Thanksgiving feasting that is stuffed with a tad of judicious overindulgence! :-)

Thanks for your comments, Vickie! And I agree John—the Grand Teton mountains are comparable to a Thanksgiving feast!

We had a relaxing Thanksgiving (and a terrific meal) in Colorado, far away from civilization and the internet. Hope you both enjoyed your holiday as well!
